EXECUTIVE & OFFICE ASSISTANT

Location: Eccleston Yards, London SW1W 9AZ
Type: Full-time, Office-Based (sometimes based from the Founders’ home), Monday–Friday

amie + RODEN are looking for an extremely organised, proactive all-rounder to support the Founders, the team, the office, and the wider business.

THE ROLE

This is a varied, hands-on support role.

You’ll be the person who helps everything run smoothly — from keeping the office organised, to supporting the Founders day-to-day professionally, as well as helping with personal and home admin.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting the Founder’s personal brand and creative work, helping with content planning, organisation, and light production.

No two days will be the same. You’ll be trusted, proactive, and deeply involved in how the businesses operate.

If you’re naturally organised, helpful, adaptable, and enjoy making life easier for others — while also being creatively minded — this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Management & Administration

  • Be the main point of contact for the office

  • Keep the workspace organised, stocked, and welcoming

  • Order office supplies and manage facilities

  • Manage weekly kitchen supplies

  • Manage post, deliveries, and general admin

Business & Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team

  • Assist with diary management, scheduling, and coordination

  • Support with ad hoc projects and business needs

Founder & Personal Support

  • Support with personal admin, life organisation, and home-related tasks

  • Manage personal reminders, deadlines, and important dates

  • Assist with organising and planning events, dinners, and key commitments

  • Support with travel planning and logistics when required

Creative & Personal Brand Support

  • Support the Founder with planning and organising content for personal platforms

  • Assist with content shoots, including filming, photography, and behind-the-scenes capture

  • Help organise, archive, and edit content for Instagram

  • Support with scheduling, posting, and content preparation where needed

  • Assist with maintaining an organised library of photos, videos, and creative assets

ABOUT YOU

You’ll likely be someone who:

  • Has 1–3 years’ experience in office support, administration, PA, EA, or similar roles

  • Is highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Thrives in a varied, fast-moving environment

  • Is proactive and enjoys taking initiative

  • Is discreet and trustworthy

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities

  • Is tech-confident and quick to learn new systems

  • Has an interest in creative work, content, or social media (experience is a bonus, not essential)

  • Takes pride in being helpful, dependable, and solutions-focused
