TALENT MANAGER
RODEN is looking for a Talent Manager with at least 2 years of experience representing their own roster of talent. Working in fashion is an extra bonus. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a motivated, passionate team who love to work hard and achieve results. We are looking for someone creative and ambitious to join our growing team.
This role is based in Belgravia, London, 3-4 days per week. The other days are WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing the strategic careers of fashion and lifestyle talent
• Focus on evolving the talent roster, bringing in new, exciting talent
• Proactively seeking new partnerships and opportunities
• Negotiating and managing inbound enquiries
• Building and maintaining relationships with brands and PR agencies
• Managing brand partnerships to ensure they’re executed successfully
• Managing gifting and event enquiries
• Putting together presentations and media kits
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years of experience working in talent management; experience working in fashion is an added bonus
• Proven track record; you must be able to talk us through brand deals that you have secured for talent
• A strong understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Existing relationships with brands, agencies and industry professionals
• Tenacious, strategic and commercially minded
• Motivated with the ability to prioritise work and multitask a wide range of responsibilities
• Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
