TALENT ASSISTANT // JUNIOR TALENT MANAGER
RODEN Talent is hiring either a Talent Assistant or a Junior Talent Manager — depending on experience. Applicants must have at least 1-2+ years experience working in talent management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a motivated, passionate team who love to work hard and achieve results. We are looking for someone creative and ambitious to join our growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working alongside our Head of Talent, supporting and managing the strategic careers of fashion and lifestyle talent
Handling diary coordination, day-to-day logistics, and putting together regular updates for our talent
Managing gifting and event enquiries
Putting together presentations and media kits
Managing confirmed brand partnerships to ensure they’re executed successfully
Proactively seeking new partnerships and opportunities for our talent roster
Building and maintaining relationships with brands and PR agencies
SPECIFICATIONS
2+ years experience working in talent management
A strong understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Existing relationships with brands, agencies and industry professionals
Tenacious, strategic and commercially minded
Motivated with the ability to prioritise work and multitask a wide range of responsibilities
Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
SALARY: DOE
LOCATION: Belgravia, London. We work from amie wine studio in Eccleston Yards, 3 days a week.
